Mr. Allen is a pipeline and energy consultant, experienced in working with multiple Fortune 500 companies during his career. Allen has extensive knowledge of the regulated and non-regulated natural gas pipeline industry. He has worked for both industry and consulting companies and, as a result, provides a unique perspective to business process improvements and outsourcing solutions.

Formerly, Allen was a partner with a small energy-focused consulting firm where he led a practice specializing in transactional management systems, software selection, SOX, and audit compliance.

Allen also previously served as the lead business architect and product manager for a natural gas software company, which provides transaction management systems to the industry. He is familiar with the regulatory requirements surrounding both NAESB and F.E.R.C. as it impacts the pipeline transportation market.

Allen holds a bachelor's of business administration from the University of North Texas.
